Hargeisa- A delegation of 25 experts from Somaliland’s Ministry of Water Resources has commenced a specialized training program in Israel focused on National Water Resources Planning and Management.
The initiative is designed to enhance the delegation’s technical knowledge and equip participants with advanced strategies for sustainable water governance.
The group was officially welcomed by Eynat Shlein, Head of MASHAV and Deputy Director General of Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The program seeks to strengthen institutional capacity, improve technical expertise, and promote sustainable water resource management, while deepening bilateral cooperation and contributing to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 6 on clean water and sanitation.
