Hargeisa – The Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Somaliland, Mr. Xamse Abdirahman Kheyre, led a Somaliland delegation to the Inclusive Fintech Forum (IFF) 2026 and MojaCom 30 in Kigali, Rwanda.
The forum serves as a major international platform for advancing financial technology (Fintech) and promoting inclusive financial services.
The event brought together over 3,000 participants from 80 countries, including government officials, central bank leaders, financial institutions, technology companies, and global experts.
Attendees exchanged experiences, fostered international collaboration, and explored ways to enhance financial systems in countries leveraging modern technology.
