Hargeisa-The Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Somaliland, Mr. Mohamed Abdirahman Hassan, officially inaugurated a training session for the Ministry’s Directors and Advisors, focusing on the implementation of Somaliland’s Foreign Policy and the 2026 annual plan.
The program is designed to strengthen strategic execution, enhance cooperation and accountability, and ensure alignment with national objectives and diplomatic priorities. Participants include Directors and technical officers responsible for promoting Somaliland’s foreign policy and advancing its diplomatic interests.
