Hargeisa-The Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Somaliland, Mr. Mohamed Abdirahman Hassan, officially inaugurated a training session for the Ministryโs Directors and Advisors, focusing on the implementation of Somalilandโs Foreign Policy and the 2026 annual plan.
The program is designed to strengthen strategic execution, enhance cooperation and accountability, and ensure alignment with national objectives and diplomatic priorities. Participants include Directors and technical officers responsible for promoting Somalilandโs foreign policy and advancing its diplomatic interests.
