The visit comes amid growing concerns over deteriorating hygiene and recurrent illnesses affecting residents in these areas.
Local communities have reported strong odors, widespread pollution, and frequent outbreaks of diseases that have disrupted daily life.During the inspection, the ministers observed the severity of the situation firsthand and met with local elders, community leaders, and residents, who provided direct accounts of the challenges they face.
Officials highlighted the risks posed by the mixing of solid waste, sewage, and residential areas, noting that such conditions could contribute to the spread of serious diseases.
The ministers emphasized the need for coordinated interventions to improve sanitation, manage waste effectively, and implement preventive health measures to protect the well-being of residents.
