Hargeisa-The Ministry of Water Development of Somaliland has welcomed the return of 25 engineers who successfully completed a specialized training program in Israel.
The training marks a significant milestone in strengthening the ministryโs institutional and technical capacity, and is expected to play a key role in advancing sustainable water resource management across the country.
Officials noted that the knowledge and expertise gained during the program will contribute to improving water systems and addressing persistent challenges in the sector.
The Ministry also expressed its sincere appreciation to the Government of Israel, particularly MASHAV and the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs, for their continued support, partnership, and commitment to knowledge exchange.
