Borame- A delegation led by the Minister of Interior and Security of the Republic of Somaliland, Mr. Abdalla Mohamed Arab, held meetings with traditional elders and community leaders in the Awdal and Selel regions during a visit to their coastal areas.
The discussions centered on promoting peace, social cohesion, and security, with the goal of reconciling communities, preventing recurring conflicts, and ensuring lasting stability.
Local elders warmly welcomed the visit and expressed their strong support for the government’s peacebuilding initiatives.
