Hargeisa-The Minister of Information, Culture and Awareness of the Republic of Somaliland, who also serves as the Government Spokesperson, Hon. Barkhad Jama Batuun, held a meeting today with the ministryโs department directors to discuss ways to accelerate performance and improve overall efficiency.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister, Hon. Muse Askar Guulleed, and the Director General of the Ministry, Abdisaalan Mahmoud Ducale (Ilkacase).
Discussions focused on strengthening coordination, enhancing productivity, and aligning efforts to effectively deliver the ministryโs core responsibilities.
Officials agreed to work collectively to advance institutional performance and ensure the timely implementation of key mandates.
