Hargeisa- The Somaliland Youth Development Fund has awarded and financed 55 young innovators following their success in a month-long national business competition aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and job creation.
The transparently conducted program attracted participants from across the country, with winners selected for their strong business ideas and potential to create sustainable jobs.
Senior government officials, including ministers and members of parliament, attended the ceremony and praised the initiative for advancing youth entrepreneurship and economic growth.
The Fundโs Director, Mr. Abdiqadir Ismail Jaylaani, reaffirmed the commitment to supporting youth-led enterprises, noting that such investments are vital for job creation and national development.
The beneficiaries were drawn from regions nationwide, reflecting the programโs inclusivity.
